“When Deanna Brown was working her customer sales job at a Fortune 500 company, she felt burnt out. Needing an outlet to de-stress, she found out that baking cookies and cakes in the kitchen was her happy place. A specific favorite to serve up was the ever-rich cheesecake.
This month, her business, Everything is Cheesecake, celebrated its grand opening of a brick and mortar location on the south side of Lansing. The business has humble beginnings, with Brown selling cheesecakes out of a cooler, under a pink tent, on the corner of South Martin Luther King Boulevard and Pierce Rd. She then graduated to a food truck on Cedar Street — and now, finally, a full-on store front.”

Each Week our menu rotates to give you 7-8 different flavors for you to taste and enjoy. But don’t worry, our famous Strawberry Glaze Cheesecake and Strawberry Shortcake Crunch Cheesecake will always be available every Saturday.

Cheesecakes may be stored in refrigerator for up to 8 days and in freezer for up to 8 months.

We will be closed all major holidays and some others. We will be sure to communicate any days we are closed for any reason.
Our normal operating hours are Thursday through Saturday 12pm-6pm and Sunday 12pm-4pm. We are closed entirely Monday through Wednesday.
We accept Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card and Apple Pay.
All cheesecakes vary in price $70-$95 depending on the flavor chosen.
We do offer all except Vegan. However, we are working hard to create a Vegan line you’ll be sure to love.
Unfortunately we do not at this time, but we are hoping to soon in the near future.
Generally, we ask for a 3-5 days notice, but in most cases we can accommodate sooner and in some cases next day. Feel free to call us and we’ll let you know.
